Tasha has a particular obsession with illustrating everyday life and objects and depicting emotion through rooms and objects, and not just in people and expressions. She also loves creating hand-lettering. Her style is vibrant, colourful and maximalist, though she is also very comfortable working in black and white and on simpler spot illustrations. Having worked in book publishing for decades she has a natural affinity with illustrating for books and excellent working knowledge of the industry, but she has also created work for greetings cards, surface pattern and blogs and websites and is open to commissions in a variety of areas.
She works mostly digitally, drawing directly into Adobe Fresco and then finalising in Illustrator or Photoshop.
Clients have said they appreciate her organisational, time management skills and reliability.
